Who We Are :

X is creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to develop both our Managed and Self-Serve clients. In this role, you will provide strategic support to SMB's highest value customers, help them succeed on X and enable their revenue growth through proactive outreach, account optimizations and upsell opportunities. You will perform a combination of Account Manager and Client Partner roles for a set book of business each quarter while aiming to achieve quarterly targets.

What You'll Do :

  • Drive revenue for X by developing trusted relationships and partnerships with your customers
  • Partner closely with new and existing customers to use X to solve their marketing and advertising challenges
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to show how X's advertising products can be used to connect with their customers and grow their business
  • Regularly update your customers on new X products as well as best practice utilization for their businesses
  • Help your customers create and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Use internal tools, dashboards, and key performance metrics to analyze and improve advertising programs and deliver against client's objectives.
  • Provide feedback to X's product and internal tools teams to help us scale our services and advertising platform.
  • Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Who You Are :

  • 2 years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
  • Ability to manage large portfolio of customers and executing successful strategies at scale
  • Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers. Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision
  • Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate
  • Ability to build sales narratives and present insights that support customer needs
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
