Title : Training and Development Specialist
Location : New York City OR San Jose (Onsite)
Base Salary : $142K-$200K

The People Experience Team within HR plays a pivotal role in enhancing our organization through innovative training and development programs. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Trainer / Facilitator to lead our global new hire orientation and onboarding, and spearhead our training initiatives (both within and outside of HR).
What you'll do :
Global New Hire Orientation Program :
- Lead and manage the biweekly new hire orientation program globally, ensuring consistency and engagement across cultures and time zones.
- Lead and manage monthly org-specific training deep-dives in Sales, Product, and Safety.

Who you are :
5-8 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on international environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
