Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Client Acquisition : Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present effective solutions offered by X-Force.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for account growth.
Market Research : Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Strategies : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet or exceed targets.
Collaboration and Reporting : Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently; regularly report on sales activities and client feedback to management.
Client Feedback : Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and products continuously. Experience and Skills :
Proven Track Record : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing account management, business development, sales, or a related field.
Communication Proficiency : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Relationship Building : Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Self-Motivated : Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a remote environment.
