DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

21 years of age

PGA Professional certified

Manager's Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) certification

1 year of experience as a Level 1 PGA Professional instructor (minimum of an associate professional pipeline)

1 year of indoor golf simulator experience

Experience in golf instruction, league management, and customer service

Sales and marketing experience

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility

Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Strong organizational and communication skills

Passion for golf and a commitment to promoting the sport

Having a food and beverage management certification and experience would be a huge plus for this PGA Golf Professional - Assistant General Manager role!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As our PGA Golf Professional - Assistant General Manager, you'll wear many hats to ensure our venue operates seamlessly and keeps our customers coming back for more. In this role, you'll :

Lead the Team : Oversee hospitality operations, ensuring food and beverage procedures are flawless from preparation to cleanup. Train and guide staff, enforce branding standards, and set the tone for exceptional customer service.

Elevate Golf Experiences : Manage X-Leagues, deliver expert golf lessons, and run engaging kids' golf camps that foster a love for the game. Your expertise will ensure every player – from beginners to seasoned golfers – leaves with a smile.

Deliver Excellence : Maintain golf simulators, monitor inventory, and oversee customer life-cycle strategies to build long-lasting relationships with our patrons.

Be the Driving Force : From creating innovative marketing campaigns to hands-on operations, you'll be at the center of what makes X-Golf West Des Moines the ultimate destination for golf and fun.
