What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at X-Golf Cincinnati?
X-Golf Cincinnati is looking to add new Bartenders for our grand opening in April. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests.
Our Bartender's primary duty will be to ensure all guests needs are met throughout their visit including but not limited to:
- Welcoming guests promptly, providing beverage and food options
- Assisting with checking in guests and coordinating set-up on simulators.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintaining knowledge of the drink and food menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
Requirements for position include:
- Previous bartending and/or mixology experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for crafting specialty drinks.
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced, energetic, family friendly environment.
- Ability to learn and proficiently use POS systems appropriately.
- Adherence to proper food and beverage handling safety standards is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- High degree of professionalism and communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt .
- Basic knowledge of golf is preferred but not required.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
