What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Team Member position at X-Golf Cincinnati?
X-Golf Cincinnati is looking to add new Guest Service Team Members for our grand opening in April. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests.
A Team Member's primary duty will be to ensure all guests needs are met throughout their visit including but not limited to:
- Welcoming guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials
- Assisting with checking in guests and coordinating set-up on simulators.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to proper dining standards.
- Maintaining knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Upholding cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Requirements for position include:
- Previous restaurant or dining experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced, energetic, family friendly environment.
- Ability to learn and proficiently use POS systems appropriately.
- Adherence to proper food handling safety standards is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- High degree of professionalism and communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt .
- Basic knowledge of golf is preferred but not required.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
