Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, some light cooking, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register while ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks, garnishes, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain the golf simulators
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus, along with familiarity with sales techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
