Job Description:
- Secure loads in compliance with DOT and Norfolk Iron & Metal Load Securement policies.
- Assist truck loaders to ensure your load is loaded properly.
- Follow DOT regulations for weighing the truck.
- Complete DVIR for pre and post trips.
- Wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Ensure that all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Class A CDL.
- Typical Routes: New York City Proper, Long Island, Yonkers other locations based on the company needs.

Required:
- Class A CDL — Must also have current medical card and meet all NIM and
DOT employment qualifications. - Pre-Employment Testing & Motor Vehicle Report
