Position Overview : We are seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in executing and managing key marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and webinars. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
Email Marketing Management :
- Plan and manage the marketing email calendar to align with business goals and campaign strategies.
- Schedule and execute email sends using marketing automation platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate email translation requests to ensure global audiences are effectively reached.
- Monitor and report on email performance.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $75000 - $80000 USD per year.
