Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) Leader, Operations will be responsible for driving VES capability and continuous improvement across the Operations team. The role is a critical component of the larger Pantone Operations team and is a key partner to the Operations leadership and management levels to deliver KPI, Roadmap, and Policy Deployment results. The candidate should have the ability to link VES tools to Operating Company CVDs (Core Value Drivers), leading organizational change that closes gaps and builds our competitive advantage. In this role, you will also work with key leaders to develop plans in improving KPIs and growing the VES talent pipeline.

Our VES tools are designed to help us excel in the areas of Growth, Leadership, and Lean, building on a strong foundation of VES fundamentals (Voice of Customer, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving, and Visual & Daily Management).
This position is part of the Operations team and will be onsite in Carlstadt, New Jersey.
This role will require travel, both domestic and internal, up to 5%.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging VES tools, consulting skills, and the change management process
- Partner with the VES team, as well as the Operations Leadership and management levels to execute VES strategy and Roadmap, continuously improving processes and results within the local scope.
- Leverage a solid understanding of VES Fundamentals, combined with business knowledge and strong facilitation skills to achieve goals.
- Lead and manage Pantone Operations VES Roadmap to drive VES awareness, engagement, and capability, including a keen ability to assess the true current state of different operations functions.
- Work with local leadership to build the team’s VES capability and create plans to grow VES locally; success here includes executing to the plan across the operations functions with evidence of sustainment.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching of Problem-Solving Process (PSP) against key PD and KPI misses, building PSP capability and diving into close process and metric gaps.
- Lead, manage, and maintain Kaizen funnel and VES Certified Practitioner funnel for Pantone Ops Organization, to close competency gaps and build the bench for future VES capability.
- Champion effective sustainment of results and drive problem-solving as needed to close gaps to target.
- Support kaizen charter creation, reviews, and event pre-work to promote high quality event execution, and effective sustainment, as quality of the kaizen funnel, preparation and sustainment is critical to success.
- Collaborate with Director of Operations to create plans to support other functional departments.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred focus in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Materials Management, or Business-related field
- 5 years in a Lean Manufacturing Environment – Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Engineering Experience
- Knowledge and experience in leading and implementing lean transformation using VES, DBS and/or TPS tools.
- Strong data gathering, manipulation, and analysis expertise.
- Proficiency in performing queries in ERP systems (eg. Business Objects)
- Ability to travel (domestically and possibly internationally) up to 5%
- Results driven and excellent organization, communication (written and oral), and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in developing high performing teams.
- Experience in leading and facilitating kaizen events
- Strong Excel acumen
