Job Description: Overview 1345 Crane Operator, Hydraulic Boom Greater than 80 tons: A worker who operates a hydraulic boom type crane to hoist and move materials, raise, and lower heavy weights and perform other related operation. May be crawler type or rubber tired. May include placement of rock riprap, clamshell, dragline, pipe, and pile driving operations. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed. Performs other related duties. Job Duties Operates a hydraulic boom type crane to hoist and move materials. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
