Electro-Mechanician Technician – Ripon,WI
Hourly Rate: $35.90 – $40.03 | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Multiple Shifts Available
A leading manufacturing operation in Ripon,WI is seeking experienced and motivated Electro-Mechanician Technicians to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Available Shifts:
- First Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Second Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM (includes an additional $6.50 per hour shift differential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and troubleshoot minor electrical and PLC circuits
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions
- Install and maintain electronic controls and electrical systems on machinery
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Dismantle and replace faulty electrical or mechanical components
- Guide and support lower-level technicians when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a technical field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and electrical systems
- Familiarity with CMMS software for part searches and work entries
- Working knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
