Position Overview:
The Event Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing events that engage potential and existing members. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on interacting with people, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and supporting social media and design efforts. This is not a behind-the-scenes role; the ideal candidate will be actively involved in event outreach and in-person engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Marketing and Promotion (Top Priority)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events to attract new prospects and engage existing members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
- Attend and actively engage in X3 Sports events, community events, and promotional activities.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to increase event reach and brand visibility.
- Track and analyze event success, providing insights for future improvements.
2. Email Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and membership interest.
- Develop compelling email content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Utilize HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM platforms to segment audiences, track email performance, and optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure all email campaigns are executed on time and aligned with overall marketing strategies.
3. Social Media Coordination and Graphic Design
- Support event promotion through organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content that highlights upcoming events.
- Assist with graphic design needs for event-related marketing materials (flyers, digital ads, social graphics, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms while driving engagement and awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality, eager to engage with people at events and within the community.
- Passion for event marketing and the ability to drive participation and excitement around X3 Sports events.
- Strong email marketing experience, preferably with HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing platforms.
