Role: Sales Manager
The X3 Sports Sales Manager is responsible for managing all crucial aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, appointment setting, tours, selling, and ultimately motivating sales staff to fulfill individual and club targets in a timely manner. They analyze business data and make key decisions based on their observations and experience.
They interact with prospects, members, and staff in an ethical manner, find innovative solutions to increase revenue, and regularly report progress to club management and executive leadership.

Key Performance Outcomes:
- 85% or greater Club Blended Average (Unit Count, Down Revenue, New EFT, and Future Agreement Value)
- 85% or greater Individual Blended Average (Unit Count, Down Revenue, New EFT, and Future Agreement Value)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with forecasting and hiring, training and development, and provides ongoing leadership to sales staff to ensure the attainment of individual and club targets
- Ensure all aspects of the sales process are being executed, including but not limited to, prospecting and lead generation activities, daily calls and outreach attempts, appointment setting, and clubtours
- Conducts weekly (or as-needed) meetings, with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company targets
- Mediates employee relations matters, handling disciplinary actions and/or terminations with direct reports in accordance with company policy
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, or other issues that may interfere with sales operations
- With club team and executive leadership, plans and implements local marketing initiatives, participates in internal and external events, engages in prospecting efforts, and implements member engagement initiatives
- Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential opportunities; Reports on metrics and overall club sales as needed
- Collaborates with club management and executive leadership to develop strategies to achieve sales quotas
- Communicates and upholds company standards, always leading by example in delivering the X3 Sports Promise to all prospects, members, and staff
Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of sales management experience, preferably in a class-based fitness environment
Job Expectations:
Leads sales staff, increases revenues through sales and club-level marketing
