Are you an experienced pharmaceutical or biotech sales professional with a passion for specialty pharma and an entrepreneurial mindset? Do you thrive in hospital and institutional settings , building strong relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders? If so, this opportunity might be for you!
We are seeking a Account Manager to drive strategic brand growth and develop key business relationships within large Health Care Networks, hospitals, and institutions . The ideal candidate has experience navigating hospital credentialing processes , is up-to-date on vaccinations for hospital access, and understands the respiratory / allergy market space .
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage a high-performing territory strategy
Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and drive product adoption
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed sales quotas while maintaining compliance
What We’re Looking For :
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience (specialty pharma preferred)
- Experience calling on hospitals and institutional prescribers
- Strong understanding of hospital credentialing processes
- Expertise in respiratory / allergy markets a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills
