We're looking for a Lead Critical Environments Engineer to join their dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing critical infrastructure within high-tech environments.
About the Role :
As the Lead Critical Environments Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of mechanical and electrical systems in mission-critical environments. You'll work closely with service contractors, enforce safety and operational standards, and respond to alarms and critical issues to ensure business continuity.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and Monitor Critical Systems : Oversee mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally within high-tech environments.
Contractor Oversight : Supervise service contractors and ensure efficient system operations and maintenance.
Emergency Response : Quickly respond to alarms and critical issues, with on-site and on-call availability to troubleshoot and resolve urgent situations.
Enforce Standards and Safety Protocols : Ensure adherence to Data Center Management (DCM) standards and maintain safety protocols to minimize risks.
Ideal Requirements :
- Data Center Experience : 3 years of experience working within data centers or other mission-critical environments.
- MEP Background : Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, with a focus on ensuring the functionality and reliability of critical infrastructure.
