Job Description: Mechanical Engineer / Turbomachinery Engineer

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer or Turbomachinery Engineer with a strong background in steam turbines, turbomachinery, or gas turbines to join our team in Houston. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the energy and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and troubleshoot steam turbines, gas turbines, and other turbomachinery systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for complex mechanical challenges.
- Perform system performance evaluations, diagnostics, and optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct technical analysis, including thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mechanical systems modeling.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and design specifications.
- Provide support for manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of turbine and turbomachinery systems.
- Offer technical expertise during the maintenance and troubleshooting phases to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in steam turbine, gas turbine, or turbomachinery engineering.
- Strong understanding of turbine design, performance analysis, and system integration.
- Proficiency with CAD software and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite in Houston.
