What You’ll Do :
- Prepare and analyze cost models and estimates from conceptual phase to final bid
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and apply historical cost data for accurate pricing
- Develop and manage subcontractor bid packages and evaluate proposals
- Lead value engineering and constructability reviews to optimize project costs and efficiency
- Work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class preconstruction services
- Stay up to date with market trends, material costs, and industry best practices
What You Bring :
5 years of experience in estimating, cost control, or preconstruction for a general contractor
Strong understanding of commercial construction , especially on projects $50M
Proficiency in Smartbidnet, OnScreen Takeoff, Microsoft Excel, and other estimating software
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
A customer-focused and solutions-driven mindset with a passion for delivering quality projects
