What You’ll Do:
- Oversee full project ownership, from budget management to schedule coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Lead preconstruction meetings and ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
- Manage project schedules, finances, and documentation with precision.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to a small team, ensuring alignment with company values.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7 years of general contracting experience, with expertise in construction estimating, methods, and industry practices.
- Familiarity with tools like scheduling software, Textura, CMiC, and Bluebeam.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- LEED certification experience is a plus.
