SCADA MES Engineer – Remote / Hybrid
📍 Location: Remote (Travel Required ~30-40%)

We are seeking a SCADA MES Engineer who can define, design, and implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SCADA solutions. This role is remote, but requires the ability to travel (~30-40%) for on-site work, including scoping, site assessments, and implementation.
🔹 Ideal candidates have prior experience working for system integrators.
🔹 Strong background in project scoping, design, and full implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Scoping & Design:
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs
- Define the project scope and technical requirements
- Develop bills of materials (BOMs) and project estimates
- Work closely with customers to understand their manufacturing challenges
✅ System Development & Implementation:
- Configure and develop SCADA & MES solutions
- Program SCADA/HMI systems (FactoryTalk, Ignition, Wonderware, WinCC, etc.)
- Integrate MES platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, Emerson, Schneider Electric) with PLCs and plant-floor systems
- Implement data collection, reporting, and industrial automation solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues
✅ Collaboration & Execution:
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and operations
- Provide technical expertise during project execution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6 years of experience in MES, SCADA, and industrial automation
✔️ Strong system integration background (preferred)
✔️ Hands-on expertise with Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, Emerson MES & SCADA platforms
✔️ Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, DeltaV, etc.)
✔️ Experience in Food, CPG, Pharma, or Water/Utilities industries (preferred)
✔️ Strong understanding of industrial networking, databases, and communication protocols
✔️ Ability to define project scope, create BOMs, and develop full system architecture
✔️ Willingness to travel ~30-40% for site visits, assessments, and system commissioning
