Key Responsibilities :
- Full Project Ownership : Oversee all aspects of project execution, including coordination with Superintendents, project teams, and owners.
- Financial Management : Own project finances, reporting, budgets, and change orders.
- Project Scheduling & Subcontractor Management : Manage schedules, submittals, RFPs, RFIs, and coordination meetings.
- Team Leadership : Provide oversight, mentorship, and foster a collaborative, safety-first culture.
- Client & Business Development : Maintain client relationships, ensure project quality, and contribute to business development efforts.
