About the role :
The Principal Electrical Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and validation of signal acquisition and processing, as well as the implementation of Wi-Fi communication, Verilog integration, and configuration of the data acquisition system.
This is a key role in the design and development of advanced electrophysiological systems tailored for integration with medical devices. The position requires technical expertise in low-amplitude analog signal processing, digital design, and system integration, along with experience in wireless communication systems, hardware description languages, and data acquisition architecture.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead design and development of electrophysiological systems devices.
- Implement Wi-Fi protocols for seamless data transfer and connectivity.
- Oversee Verilog-based designs for FPGA / ASIC systems for efficient hardware functionality.
- Architect and configure data acquisition system with hardware-software integration.
- Support technical documentation for regulatory submissions and IP filings.
- Develop analog signal processing circuits for low signal-to-noise ratio environments.
- Design and validated low-noise amplifiers, filters, and signal conditioning circuits.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers for electrical-mechanical integration.
- Contribute to system-level verification, validation, and preclinical support.
- Supported FMEA activities in collaboration with product development engineers.
