Contract Opportunity: Openlink Endur Agile Program Manager
📍 Location: Juno Beach - Bi-weekly visits
🕒 Contract Duration: 100% 6 month contract to hire

About the Company: We are seeking a highly motivated Openlink Endur Agile Program Manager or Sustain Service Manager to join our team for a large-scale Endur Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) greenfield implementation program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and supporting data migration activities to ensure the seamless transition of critical business data to the Endur platform.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling non critical tickets, reacting to issues.
- Openlink Endur required.
- Need someone who knows how to run a support process.
- Need a lead/service manager to run the program.
- Optimize delivery within a project or program through insights and mitigation strategies for project risk management
- Need someone to understand the product and manage the program.
- Team members will need to understand this is production support and will require being available for outside hours work on critical priority production issues.
- Experience managing and contributing to sales proposals by collaborating and negotiating with multi-disciplinary teams to shape a cohesive delivery approach, team shape, and cost estimates to deliver transformative value driven proposals.
Requirements:
- Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing statements of work
- Scrum, Product or SaFe Certification
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React, or Swift
- Relevant experience at a digital agency or consultancy leading cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences
