A privately held boutique consulting firm are offering the opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join the team. Reporting directly to CEO, you will be responsible for managing the existing team, hiring and developing a high-performing sales team, and establishing lasting partnerships with credit unions and banks across the US.
The company focus on helping community banks and credit unions to renew and restructure their contracts and cost relationships with tech suppliers including core, IT and fintech firms.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Director :
- Oversee and manage the existing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to build a top-performing sales unit.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
- Master the sales tools and platforms, and ensure team members understand and effectively use them.
- Monitor and enforce the use of these platforms to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
- Regularly review team and individual performance, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Hold team members accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
