JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of critical infrastructure and systems. As an SRE, you will work alongside development and operations teams to automate processes, monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the efficient delivery of software in a large-scale environment. Your work will be integral to maintaining high uptime, optimizing performance, and supporting continuous improvement in system operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• C ollaborate with development teams to design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure systems.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications using tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and networking issues to ensure high availability and system stability.
• Implement and monitor system performance, focusing on uptime, reliability, and latency across large-scale environments.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Develop and maintain observability practices, including metrics, logging, and alerting systems, to provide real-time insights into system performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on system failures and incidents, identifying trends and implementing preventative measures.
• Work with developers and infrastructure teams to streamline code deployment, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and automation.
• Lead efforts in disaster recovery, incident response, and service continuity planning.
