What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a direct liaison between CNMF, USCYBERCOM, and interagency partners, ensuring mission objectives are communicated and executed effectively.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute cyber operations plans, leveraging knowledge of network exploitation, cyber threat intelligence, and adversary tactics to drive operational success.
- Perform vulnerability analysis and network mapping, applying expertise in penetration testing, exploitation analysis, and digital forensics to identify and mitigate cyber threats.
- Integrate intelligence-driven insights into cyber planning efforts, using OSINT, SIGINT, and advanced analytics to inform mission objectives.
- Provide expertise in Kubernetes and virtualization, supporting cyber operators with containerized environments, cloud infrastructure, and cyber range simulations.
- Support real-time cyber mission execution, applying knowledge of host-based forensics, malware analysis, and cyber adversary tactics to enable defensive and offensive cyber actions.
- Collaborate with Intelligence Community (IC) partners to enhance targeting strategies, operational effectiveness, and intelligence fusion.
- Train and mentor junior cyber analysts and operators, sharing expertise in cyber network exploitation, offensive cyber operations, and technical intelligence gathering.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in cyber operations, network exploitation, and cyber threat intelligence.
- Hands-on expertise in penetration testing, network vulnerability analysis, and exploitation techniques.
- Proficiency with Kali Linux, scripting tools, and cyber exploitation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and containerized environments, specifically Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cyber mission planning efforts across multiple stakeholders.
- GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
- Experience conducting Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and offensive cyber operations.
- Familiarity with national-level cyber operations frameworks and mission authorities.
- Understanding of cyber adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), leveraging intelligence to drive cyber operations.
- Experience using cyber mission planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or classified intelligence databases.

- Salary Range: $190,000 (depending on experience and education)
