What You'll Be Doing
- I ntegrate multiple signal analysis tools to perform non-standard signal analysis, focusing primarily on RF/COMINT signals.
- Apply standard signal analysis tools and concepts, while prototyping new algorithms to detect hidden signals and covert channels.
- Provide expert guidance to signal teams in the overall conduct of signal-related projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and mission requirements.
- Perform signal development analysis across multiple target areas, providing operational and mission tasking support for all installed Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission and survey systems.
- Manage collection requirements and develop cross-access collection plans, ensuring timely support for time-sensitive collection management decisions.
- Collaborate with customers to align their requirements with mission priorities, ensuring collection efforts are strategically focused.
- Manage multiple collection systems, troubleshoot collection issues, and optimize system performance to meet operational needs.
- Improve efficiency by analyzing end-to-end data flow across SIGINT systems.
- Coordinate site outages, mitigating mission loss and minimizing downtime for critical systems.
WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
- 1 0 years of experience as a Signals Analyst supporting the Intelligence Community or U.S. Military.
- Expertise in performing signal analysis for RF/COMINT signals and integrating signal analysis tools.
- Experience in signal development analysis and managing SIGINT collection systems across multiple target areas.
- Proficiency in managing collection requirements, developing collection plans, and ensuring alignment with mission goals.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting collection issues and improving end-to-end data flow.
- Familiarity with outage management, including coordinating site outages to reduce mission loss and expedite downtime recovery.
- Strong command of Linux/Unix systems and proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Shell, or Python.
- Knowledge of data and voice communications technologies, network protocols, and Commercial SATCOM technologies.
- Familiarity with Space Technology Analysis tools and collection/survey tools used in SIGINT operations.
WHAT PREFERRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
- Experience with Apache NiFi.
- Must possess an Active TS/SCI FS Poly Clearance
- Salary Range: $140,000 (depending on experience and education)
