We are seeking multiple enthusiastic candidates for Entry-Level Tier 1 IT Support positions. Ideal for individuals embarking on their IT career, this role involves handling initial customer support inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and escalating complex problems as necessary.
No prior experience is needed, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

What You Will Be Accountable For
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Update customer data and produce activity reports.
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.
Qualifications For the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in IT, Computer Science, or related field are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Basic familiarity with computers, hardware, and software
- Eagerness to learn about new technologies and IT procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Patience and understanding when dealing with difficult customer situations.
