We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our team's smooth operations and effective communication across the construction process.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in finances and project management.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support, assisting with finances, maintaining client communication, and tracking subcontractor schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform clients about our contract agreements and keep them updated on project timelines, job dates, and any changes or delays.
- Track and manage subcontractor schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and informing all parties of scheduling updates.
- Monitor and track project expenses, adhering to budgets, and assist with invoicing and financial reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and subcontractors via phone calls, emails, and other means.
- Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking for ongoing construction projects.
- Input project data into management software and create regular reports for management review.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Required)
- Pursuing a BS or MS Degree in Construction, Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred)
