Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage restoration production crews and jobs according to the company's procedures. This role is centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profit maximization.
- Manage customer relationships and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely response to potential customers.
- Develop project scopes of work and review estimates.
- Negotiate project scope and estimate approval with customers and/or clients.
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
- Document and review job files to support services provided.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
- Foster a safe working environment.
- Train production personnel.
- Supervise production personnel.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in the restoration industry required.
- At least 1 year supervising restoration crews.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in the restoration industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- IICRC certifications are preferred.
