Senior Remediation Technician

Xactly Restoration Recruiters has an elite client seeking an experienced Senior Remediation Technician to join their team in Holden, MA.

Our client is looking for a motivated person to help restore homes, business and offices if a sidaster strikes such as water, mold, biohazard, odor or fire damage. The Senior Remediation Technician should have a service-oriented attitude, treating all customers and their belongings with respect.

Main Duties

• Perform all aspects of remediation jobs according to training while providing excellent customer service independently/under limited minimum supervision.
• Follow basic operating procedures and complete physical and electronic paperwork, forms, and checklists.
• Safely travel to job sites.
• Setup and breakdown job sites, plan out and clean up water and mold, applying remediation techniques/using tools and instruments.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

• IICRC Certifications (Required)
• Excellent attitude.
• 5 year's experience in the Restoration industry.
• WRT & AMRT a plus.
• Valid drivers license.
• Satisfactory driving record/background check.
• Experienced with computer tech, e.g. computers, smart phones, tablets.

Salary and Benefits:

• $50,000 plus bonuses.
