About the Role
As a Technical Writer, you will create, maintain, and improve technical documentation that simplifies the complexities of AI and machine learning (ML) products. You will work closely with engineering groups, data scientists, and AI researchers to distill complex AI models, algorithms, and technologies into user-friendly documentation that is accurate, clear, and useful for the intended audience.
- Write comprehensive documentation about xAI SDKs, prompt libraries, cookbooks with example integrations, machine learning model overviews, product use guidelines, data pipelines, AI workflows, and model deployment processes.
- Deliver coherent, efficient outputs that exhibit extraordinary attention to detail in both technical and grammatical accuracy.
- Interpret and break down complex AI / ML concepts into clear, concise, simplified explanations for non-technical stakeholders or customers.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of high-quality documents.
- Organize and maintain a structured content library and manage version control and searchability of documentation in content management systems (CMS) or knowledge bases.
- Act as a liaison between development teams and end-users, ensuring that documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with real-world use cases.
