This role is pivotal in shaping our culture and driving strategic HR initiatives-all while keeping our team excited about coming to work every day.
What You'll Own & Drive
Employee Experience & Engagement :
Champion employee engagement efforts-think rituals, team-building, surveys, and culture!
- Lead employee recognition programs that reinforce our values and celebrate wins.
- Own our onboarding and offboarding processes, making sure every transition is smooth.
- Build and maintain our Employee Portal, a go-to hub for all things people-related
Total Rewards :
Administer our benefits & wellness programs keeping our team feeling happy, healthy and supported.
Compliance & Risk Management :
Keep our employee handbook guide up-to-date and assist in shaping people-related practices & policies that reflect our company's values.
Immigration Program :
Liaise with immigration counsel to manage and track all cases, including renewals and policy updates.
HRIS, Data Management & Reporting :
Draft and track offer letters with precision.

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, seeking to provide an open, flexible, and friendly work environment to empower employees and provide them with a platform to develop their long-term careers. A Summary of Benefits is available for all applicants. The base pay range for this position is expected to be $125,000 - $150,000 annually; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the market, job-related knowledge, skills and capabilities, and experience.
