About the Role
As a Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate, you will be involved in translational and immunology research efforts to identify and characterize novel therapeutic targets and investigate mechanisms of action of therapeutics.
About You
You are a self-driven, dedicated, and creative cell biologist passionate about drug discovery and developing new drugs to address unmet medical needs. You have solid hands-on experience in cell-based assays and immunophenotyping. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the norm is pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in vitro and ex vivo experiments to validate therapeutic targets.
- Perform experiments for pipeline molecule screening.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with team members and cross-functional collaborators.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is expected to be $85,000 - $135,000 annually; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the market, job-related knowledge, skills and capabilities, and experience.
