About the Role
The engineering team at Xaira works on critical systems throughout Xaira, and we are looking for a senior software engineer with cloud engineering experience to build our internal platform to support engineers, AI scientists, and a cutting edge AI-powered biotechnology company.
We are a small, pragmatic team and you will find yourself :
- Collaborating with world experts in AI and Life sciences regularly.
- Shipping code daily, with a culture of learning from mistakes and iterating quickly.
- Being expected and empowered to work autonomously.
- Coming onsite to our office (and lab!) - this is not a remote position.

The base pay range for this position is expected to be $140,000 - $200,000 annually; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the market, job-related knowledge, skills and capabilities, and experience.
