About the Role The engineering team at Xaira is looking for a senior software engineer to join a fast-paced team working on a variety of initiatives critical to moving our AI-enabled drug discovery platform forward.
We are a small, pragmatic team and you will find yourself :
- Collaborating with world experts in AI and Life sciences regularly.
- Shipping code daily, with a culture of learning from mistakes and iterating quickly.
- Being expected and empowered to work autonomously.
- Coming onsite to our office (and lab!) - this is not a remote position.

Qualifications
Compensation We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, seeking to provide an open, flexible, and friendly work environment to empower employees and provide them with a platform to develop their long-term careers. A Summary of Benefits is available for all applicants. The base pay range for this position is expected to be $140,000 to $200,000 annually; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the market, job-related knowledge, skills and capabilities, and experience.
