Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Meet with potential clients in person and over the phone to understand their insurance needs, offering them customized solutions.
Policy Sales : Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients, ensuring all their coverage needs are met.
Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing policy modifications, and resolving claims efficiently.
Relationship Maintenance : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Networking : Attend local community events to promote State Farm services and foster personal connections for potential business opportunities.
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about local and state regulations and changes in the insurance industry to serve clients better.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold an active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-Focused : Must have a keen ability to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
