We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park Lodges.
About Us
Grand Canyon National Park Lodges operates 6 hotels, 7 retail shops, and various restaurants and dining facilities in the historic Grand Canyon Village.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing financial support to our operations, ensuring accurate accounting and efficient financial processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting to inform business decisions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field
- 1 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
