Job Summary:
Activity Sales agents focus on providing excellent customer service while meeting financial goals. The role involves promoting and selling park activities, handling financial transactions accurately, and maintaining positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and National Park Service personnel. Additionally, the position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, adhere to company policies, and assist with various tasks including environmental education and custodial duties as needed.

Season Dates: May 2025 - September 2025
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

- Provide professional and courteous service to Yellowstone guests, while meeting or exceeding financial goal while promoting and selling park activities.
- Acquaint guests with services available in the area.
- Maintain a proper bank, provide accurate handling of monies and prepare accurate remits.
- Accurately collect payment, post activity tickets and balance cash drawer and credit cards; authorize credit cards as needed.
- Strong guest service, communication, sales and accounting skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Must have computer and data entry skills and be able to learn the technical aspects of the activity booking process.
- Work thoroughly and quickly under pressure.
- Must have knowledge of Yellowstone facilities, activities and features and services.
- Knowledge of company policy and procedures.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for up to eight hours per shift.
- Must be able to walk, bend and lift for up to 4 hours per shift.
