Job Summary:
Activity sales agents are responsible for providing guests with accurate information about our services and facilities as well as effective use of sales skills to aid in the sale of those services.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: June 2024 - September 2024
Pay:$15.75/hr
Schedule: 30-40 hour per week (hours fluctuate based on weather); including weekends, evenings and holidays

Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to Yellowstone guests, while meeting or exceeding financial goal while promoting and selling park activities
- Acquaint guests with services available in the area
- Maintain a proper bank, provide accurate handling of monies and prepare accurate remits
- Accurately collect payment, post activity tickets and balance cash drawer and credit cards; authorize credit cards as needed
Qualifications
- Strong guest service, communication, sales and accounting skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, learn quickly and follow instructions
- Must have computer and data entry skills and be able to learn the technical aspects of the activity booking process
- Work thoroughly and quickly under pressure
- Must have knowledge of Yellowstone facilities, activities and features and services
- Knowledge of company policy and procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for up to eight hours per shift
- Must be able to walk, bend and lift for up to 4 hours per shift
