Job Summary:
This role involves merchandising, stocking, pricing, and signing grocery and convenience items at various locations. Responsibilities include collaborating with store personnel on weekly orders, training staff in merchandising practices, reviewing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with sustainability efforts. The role requires flexibility to take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Season Dates: April 2025 - October 2025
Pay: $16.75/hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

- Merchandise, stock, sign, and price grocery and convenience items at specified locations including Roosevelt Mercantile, Old Faithful Snow Lodge and Fireside, Old Faithful Lodge, Canyon Gift Shop, Madison Mercantile, and Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel Gift Shop
- Collaborate with location personnel to assist in weekly orders and train designated staff in pricing, signage, and merchandising while communicating needs with the Assistant Director and Director
- Review receiving paperwork and ensure timely transmission to the support team
- Work with the support team to implement and execute count cycles for spirits, beer, and wine in designated locations
- Maintain open communication with all store staff and support staff members
- Adhere to Xanterra's Sustainability efforts and seek opportunities to enhance environmental impact
- Perform office duties and special projects as required
- Remain flexible to accept additional or different duties as assigned by management beyond those listed
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to safely operate a company vehicle
- Must be able to communicate professionally and with courtesy
- Have accurate and moderately fast computer skills
- Have basic accounting and filing skills
- Communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Understand overall inventory control procedures; assist with inventory files, as needed
- Able to stand/walk for a minimum eight-hour shift
- Frequently lift and move cartons weighing up to 50 pounds
- Carry boxes/product up and down stairs at most locations several times a day
Salary : $17
