Job Responsibilities Includes But Not Limited To
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, guiding them in identifying and securing experiential learning opportunities and respective roles – both internal and external.
- Action student-led, student-run initiatives through direct mentorship and hands-on support.
- Supervise student participation in high-impact experiences, curating and chaperoning local company visits and semesterly experiential learning trips.
- Advise students on experiential learning, career readiness, and entrepreneurship while guiding them in launching and managing business initiatives.
- Lead the Center’s student team in executing initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across Sedler ventures, including Xavier Element and Better Blend Xavier.
- Collaborate closely with the WCB Operations Manager on financial and operational tasks.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of student-led businesses and experiential learning initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and student participation.
- Oversee student-run enterprises (Sedler XCEL, Xavier Element, Better Blend Xavier) day-to-day operations and student-leaders to ensure sustainability and growth.
- Help sustain relationships with community organizations, employers, and alumni to expand the pool of available experiential learning opportunities.
- Assist lead strategies with faculty to ensure alignment of experiential learning opportunities with academic goals, including the development of classroom integration experiences.
- Lead reporting efforts to demonstrate program success and action strategic changes based on student feedback and program evaluation data.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Education, Student Affairs, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Higher Education, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
