Xavier University’s Office of Enrollment Systems invites applications for the Director of Enrollment Systems, who plays a critical leadership role in managing and optimizing the university’s CRM (Technolutions Slate) and enrollment technology ecosystem. This position oversees the Undergraduate, Graduate, and Re-recruitment Slate instances, ensuring they effectively support recruitment, admission, and retention strategies . This position reports to the Executive Director, Prospect Management & Recruitment Operations, Enrollment Management . The position has the option to be fully remote or hybrid from Xavier’s campus in Cincinnati, OH.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Campus Collaboration :
- Plays a critical leadership role in managing and optimizing the university’s CRM (Technolutions Slate) and enrollment technology ecosystem. This position oversees the Undergraduate, Graduate, and Re-recruitment Slate instances, ensuring they effectively support recruitment, admission, and retention strategies.
- Leading a team of three, this position is responsible for the strategic oversight, configuration, and continuous improvement of Slate to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. They will provide high-level project management, delegate responsibilities, and mentor their team to execute system enhancements, reporting, and automation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Strategic Enrollment Management leadership, IT, Marketing, and institutional partners to align system capabilities with institutional goals. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM best practices, enrollment operations, and data-driven decision-making to drive innovation and optimize the prospective student and applicant experience.
Provide vision and direction for the effective use of Slate across Undergraduate, Graduate, and Re-recruitment efforts.
Develop and implement best practices for CRM usage, data management, and communication workflows across campus stakeholders.
