We are currently seeking an FMS Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 FMS Team.

Functional Description : Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program / project risks. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft / weapon / project risk. Tracks program / project status and schedules from project teams and updates risks register. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, and risk management.

Duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Coordinate resolution of operational and technical issues or questions posed by potential customers regarding systems integration.
• Support foreign government system operational capability queries. This may include comparing FMS capabilities with current domestic capabilities.
• Perform strategic planning and engineering analysis for FMS systems and for major upgrades to existing systems. Review and analyze requirements and acquisition documentation.
• Work with domestic personnel to coordinate FMS requirements to allow consolidation with domestic production requirements and realize cost avoidance / savings; coordinate configuration issues to maximize cost savings for training systems, ECP kits, spare improvements, and system upgrades.
• Assist in the preparation of funding documents in accordance with applicable funding request forms.
• Support organization and preparation of program reviews to access progress and accomplishments
• Assist with updating and delivering various reports, to include the following as a minimum :

o Meeting agendas and minutes and track issues and action items as required.

o Issues and watch items for the FMS Leadership Team.

o Briefing materials, acquisition documentation and IGS inputs for FMS integration.

o Tracking / Updating financial databases.

Required Education : BS or BA degree.

Required Experience : Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.

Desired Experience : FMS case support experience; Weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; Knowledgeable Microsoft Suite technical skills i.e. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, MS Project, etc.)

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
