Responsibilities :

As a Nurse Practitioner at our functional medicine office, you will :

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Provide education on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and stress management
  • Foster a positive and collaborative patient-provider relationship

Requirements :

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
  • Certification in a relevant specialty (Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner) plus experience in aesthetic medicine (injectables, bio- identical hormone replacement, microneedling etc
  • Experience or strong interest in functional medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

    • Responsibilities :

  • Work closely other providers, leading a skilled multi-specialty team committed to high-quality patient care and practice advancement.
  • Provide patient treatment, supporting research, education, and the implementation of quality care initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including blood and metabolism analyses.
  • Discuss holistic and non-pharmacological approaches based on blood work results for treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed treatment records and track patient progress accurately.
  • Cultivate strong patient relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the practice manager and team for a positive work environment.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities for skill enhancement.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid state Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ
  • Extensive knowledge of holistic nursing, integrative health medicine, and mind / body wellbeing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide personalized care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture

    Pay : $71.00 - $75.00 per hour
