Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work for two strategic healthcare organizations in the Wyoming Valley. This position is a split position between Harrolds Pharmacy and Xceed America/WVAC.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and processes, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of human resources management principles.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations and address any workplace issues or conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Dayforce for efficient HR management.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, process improvement initiatives, and employee development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to promote a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and best practices in recruiting.
- Proficiency in HR software systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives within the HR function.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships across the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
