Job Title : Sr. Financial Analyst / Finance Manager
End Client : Medical Manufacturing Company
Location : Scottsdale, AZ ( MUST work onsite 5-days a week )
Department : Finance
Reports to : Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
FLSA Status : Exempt
Salary : $120,000 to $140,000 per year (based on experience)
Bonus : 7.5% management incentive program (annual)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager to support corporate financial activities, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) , corporate financial presentations, and divisional financial support. This role will play a key part in analyzing consolidated financial data, preparing board reports, and implementing financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for corporate requirements.
- Analyze consolidated company financial data and prepare board reporting packages.
- Implement or oversee financial process improvements , corrections, or new programs.
- Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and profit analysis as directed by the Director of FP&A.
- Assist with capital appropriation requests and other financially related documents.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysi s and reporting as needed.
Qualifications & Experience :
5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment .Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.Strong experience in forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting techniques .Must have experience in the manufacturing industry with an ability to analyze financial data against budgets, forecasts, and operational costs.Knowledge of US GAAP and financial compliance standards.Ability to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting , working independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills , with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting systems.Supervisory Responsibilities :
This role may have increasing supervisory responsibilities as the department expands.Work Environment & Physical Demands :
