* Investigate root causes of failures to maintain quality and recommend enhancements.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (or recognized equivalency).
* 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on renewable energy.
* 2-3 years of experience in renewable energy projects.
* FE registration preferred or equivalent relevant engineering experience.
* Ability to demonstrate unique technical skills and core competencies for this engineering level established by the organization.
