Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements related to SCADA and EMS applications.
- Identify technical issues within GDC, ICCP, TSM, DTS, and other relevant systems.
- Configure systems and troubleshoot problems affecting real-time operations.
- Serve as a communication liaison between business partners, IT teams, application support personnel, and infrastructure teams.
- Assist in configuring interfaces between EMS applications and enterprise systems like ESB and APIs.
- Proficiency in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in real-time technology environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Certification in SCADA systems or Energy Management Systems is a plus.
