- Responsible for working directly with customers to identify IT and/or infrastructure solutions.
- Evaluate by business needs for larger, more complex applications/projects and/or applications/projects with higher prioritisation.
- Manage demand and technology assets by collaborating with customers, Business Systems partners, outside vendors and other stakeholders to identify customer requirements, assess impact to other data systems and infrastructure, consider available internationalises, compare costs and recommend solutions. May manage process for large and/or more complex applications/projects.
